At Magnum Tattoo Supplies, we are committed to providing professional artists with the highest quality equipment, allowing for returns on most unused and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, all needles, inks, and hygiene-sensitive products must remain in their original, tamper-evident packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and the products are protected against damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to your parcel and ship it back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service to guarantee safe arrival.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
